Black Forest cake...Yummy!!!










Ingredients...


For basic sponge cake :-
Maida/All Purpose Flour : 1 & 1/2 Cup
Coco Powder : 
1/2 Cup 
Milk Powder : 
1 Cup 
Powdered Sugar : 
1 & 1/2 Cup

Milk : 2 & 1/2 Cup
Baking Powder : 
2 Tbsp
Soda: 
1/2 Tsp
Melted Butter : 4
 Tbsp



For decoration :-
Grated chocolate : 1 cup
Whipped cream : 6 cup
Strawberry/cherry : 3
Chopped almonds : 1 cup
Sugar : 1/2 cup
Water: 1/3 cup


Procedure...


For basic sponge cake :-
  1. Mix all ingredients together.And Blend it in Blender.Make sure no lumps in it.
  2. Preheat the oven for 350F/180C.
  3. Grease  baking tray & sprinkle some flour for best non stick results.
  4. Pour the mixture in baking tray.
  5. Bake the mixture for 30 min.
  6. Insert the toothpick in cake & make sure that it should come out dry.& here is your  sponge cake sheet ready for black forest cake


For decoration :-
1. Cut the sheet above in two parts horizontally & cut into heart shape as below.  
2. Now cut the two parts diagonally, hence you will have 4 parts.
3. Make the heart shape complete with cake remained at the sides.


4.  Keep the 1st heart shaped sheet on a flat dish.
5.  Take a bowl, mix sugar & water to make sugar syrup.
6.  Sprinkle sugar syrup on the top of sheet.Make sure that you will evenly       distribute sugar syrup for three levels. 
7.  Spread whipped cream with flat spatula.
8.  Add chopped Almonds on that.
9.  Keep another sheet on that & repeat the steps 6,7 & 8.
10. Then keep the 3rd sheet on that, repeat only 6 & 7. 


     Your all this great stuff will turn into nice three layers



11. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top as shown in top pics or however you like.
12. Fill the whipped cream in a plastic cone(same that we, Indian use to draw 
     mehandi)/piping bag...& just throw your imagination to decorate.
13. Use Strawberries or cherries for decoration...without them black forest cake      is incomplete. 
14. Refrigerate cake for an hour & then N'joy your yummy...!!!....delicious...!!!      cake...
